How Veltar handles information.
This policy explains how information submitted through Veltar.net and related project communications may be collected, used, retained, and disclosed.
1. Information Veltar may collect
Veltar may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, campaign or organization name, office sought, election or project deadline, current website, selected services, approximate budget, project details, files, and other information submitted through a form, email, phone call, payment page, or other communication.

2. How information is used

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Veltar does not intend to collect or store full payment-card numbers through the general website inquiry form. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Project files and campaign information
Clients are responsible for deciding what information and files are appropriate to provide. Do not submit passwords, private keys, recovery codes, full payment-card information, unneeded voter data, sensitive personal records, or confidential information through a general website form.
6. Data retention and security
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry review, service delivery, recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes. Veltar may delete information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Reasonable steps may be used to protect information, but no website, email system, form provider, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. External websites
Veltar.net may link to payment processors, campaign donation platforms, social networks, printers, mailing vendors, or other third-party websites. Veltar does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content of third-party services.
8. Children
Veltar.net is intended for business and campaign inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. Veltar does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through this website.
9. Requests and questions
You may contact Veltar to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where reasonably possible and not inconsistent with legal, contractual, tax, recordkeeping, or dispute-related obligations.
10. Changes to this policy
